Presentation Format:

• Pre-Recorded Video: Submit a pre-recorded video of your presentation, which will be played during your session.

• Live Discussion: After the video is played, a live Q&A will take place for which the presenting author

  has to be present on stage.

• Time Limit: Total presentation time is 5 minutes (4 minutes for the video, 1 minute for discussion). Your video should not exceed 3.5 minutes.

Video Content Requirements:

• File Format: MP4 (MPEG-4) format

• Resolution: Minimum resolution 1080p (1920x1080); 4K (3840x2160) is acceptable.

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9 widescreen format.

• Frame Rate: At least 30 fps.

• Duration: Max 3.5 minutes.

• Audio: Clear narration, free from background noise, Use microphone while recording.

• File Naming: Use the video presentation title, followed by your name and institution (e.g.,
  

  YourName_PresentationName).

Submission Process:

• Click the "Proceed" button to start the upload.

• Select Free Video Presentation.

• Upload your video following the on-screen instructions.

Important Reminders

• Eligibility: Only delegates who have previously submitted abstracts and were selected for the Free Paper session can upload their videos.

• Deadline: All submissions must be uploaded by midnight on September 30th, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

• Single Upload: You may upload one pre recorded presentation at a time. If you have multiple presentations, complete the first upload and use the link available on next page to submit additional presentation.

• Email Requirement: Ensure that you use the same email address you initially used to submit your abstract.

• Awards: The best presentations will receive awards for outstanding techniques and research.

Points to remember:

• Registration Requirement: All presenting authors must be registered for the conference. Presenters who are not registered will be removed from the final program.

• Disclosure: Full disclosure of all authors and their affiliations is mandatory.

• Best Papers: A session chaired by an impartial committee will review and select the best papers for awards.

• Mandatory Time Management: Time limits will be strictly enforced. Presentations exceeding the allotted time will result in the screen blacking out.

• No Commercial Content: Commercial content is prohibited. Any submissions sponsored by commercial interests must include a disclaimer.

• Final Decision: All decisions made by the Organizing Committee are final.
