Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration Package Includes:

    • Additional country / payment gateway charges may be there

  2. The Smart Early Bird Offer is valid for a limited time and applies to registrations for MISSABCON2024.

  3. Only one registration per person is allowed under the Smart Early Bird Offer.

  4. Registrations made under the Smart Early Bird Offer are non-transferable.

  5. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

  6. Registrations made under the Smart Early Bird Offer are subject to availability.

  7. The organizers reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Smart Early Bird Offer at any time without prior notice.

  8. By registering under the Smart Early Bird Offer, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by MISSABCON2024.

  9. Accompanying persons (companion) are not permitted to the scientific sessions and workshops.

  10. Only a spouse equivalent is allowed as an accompanying person (companion).

  11. Double Occupancy Registration charges (with companion)
    (in residential and non-residential) includes the charges of both main participant and the companion.

  12. Conference registration is confirmed only upon receipt of registration confirmation email along with registration number and payment receipt. These details will be sent to your registered email ID (email ID you
    used for registration)

  13. If you have not received the registration confirmation email, please check your spam mail folder. In case you don’t find it there, please contact the conference secretariat at the numbers / email IDs provided in the "contact us" page.

  14. Delegates are required to present registration confirmation email along with a unique registration number and QR / Barcode at the onsite registration counter to collect conference badges.

  15. Payment to be done only online through the registration portal. Other types of payment instruments like cash, cheque / DD, bank transfers etc. are not accepted.

  16. Conference registration is mandatory to attend workshops.

  17. Entering MISSAB membership number is not compulsory but Membership verification using name and other details will be done and in case of non-validation, registration is cancelled with forfeiting of the cancellation charges.

  18. PG and Fellows need to submit a letter from their HOD stating the course duration, with email-phone number reference of the recommending HOD.

  19. Industry workshops will be regulated and limited by the availability of seating capacities.

  20. Organizers will not be responsible for loss / theft for any personal belongings.

  21. Accommodation Related information

    • Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Checkout time is 12:00hrs. Early check-Ins & late check-outs should be directly dealt with by the hotel team. Extra adult / kid sharing a room will be charged an extra of 1500 Plus Taxes per person with breakfast. This can be directly paid to the hotel at the time of check in.

    • Accommodation for 2 nights → Stay on 17th and 18th October nights.

    • Accommodation for 3 nights → Stay on 16th,17th and 18th October nights.

    • Late check out will be provided as per availability up to 3pm. Beyond that till 7 pm 1500 plus taxes, Up to 11pm 50% charges will be applied Above Preferential Rates Provided.

    • Delegates wishing to extend either prior or post conference, the stay can directly pay the hotel for additional room nights, subject to availability.

    • All additional food and other incidental bills to be directly settled with the hotel before check out.

    • Double occupancy means one conference delegate and one accompanying person ,eg spouse.

    • The price of Double Occupancy includes both the
      registration and accommodation of both the conference attendee and spouse.

  22. Twin sharing

    • A delegate will share the room with another conference delegate.

    • If you wish to share the room with another specific delegate who has opted for twin sharing accommodation, you may do so by calling on the conference secretariat number within 3 working days of both delegates completing the registration process.

    • The conference secretariat reserves the right to prepare the final rooming list for all twin sharing registrations unless specified otherwise.

          

    • No changes will be accommodated after/during the check-in process at the hotel.

  23. Covid Related

    • Prevailing Covid guidelines needs to be always followed during the conference.

            

    • All relevant Covid guidelines (if any) would be mailed to you and displayed at the conference venue.

  24. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • On or Before, the 31st July 2024 - 20% of registration Amount plus GST of Amount Paid will be forfeited as cancellation.

    • On or Before 30th September 2024 - 50% of registration Amount plus GST of Amount Paid will be forfeited as cancellation.

    • After 1st October 2024, - Full amount will be forfeited.

    • Refund will be solely at the discretion of the Organiser & if **Refund is applicable, the same will be processed only
      after the conference with applicable deductions,* Bank & Payment Gateway Charges will not be refunded
